About Us
Mcilraith & Riordan brings together deep experience in estate planning and family law to support individuals and families through both planning and transition. Our approach is personal, practical, and grounded in the understanding that these matters are rarely just legal, they are deeply human.
Veronica I. Mcilraith
Veronica Mcilraith is an estate planning attorney and partner at Mcilraith & Riordan, PLLC. Prior to the partnership of Mcilraith & Riordan, Veronica founded Mcilraith & Associates, advising individuals and families on wills, trusts, and long-term planning strategies with a focus on clarity, practicality, and personalized service. Her practice has grown in the last decade through strong client relationships and a commitment to making complex planning approachable and tailored to each family’s unique circumstances.
Veronica immigrated with her family from the former U.S.S.R. in the late 1980s. After spending her early years in Brooklyn, she primarily grew up in Connecticut and lower Westchester. She later lived in New York City for many years before making the move to South Salem, New York, where she now resides with her husband, Chris, and their daughter, Fiona.
Outside of her practice, Veronica enjoys spending time outdoors, hiking, skiing, and playing tennis. She is actively involved in her local community, often hosting neighborhood gatherings and volunteering with local charities such as the Lewisboro Land Trust, the Lewisboro Library, and the Mount Kisco Interfaith Food Pantry. She is also rumored to have a strong tennis backhand (a rumor she may or may not have started herself).
